TEPCO, Tokyo Electric Power Company, discloses little by little.
Yesterday, as always TEPCO informed the reactor crane has broken in Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Station Unit 6.
It is indispensable device for inspection of the reactor, so inspection is late.
Reeding this news, I feel that furthermore serious situation refrains after this.
Next part is the report by us, Shamin-Party's secondary investigation committee's visit on 22, that I wrote once.

TEPCO's trouble announce is limited to matter about outside main plant buildings, so we paid attention to inside of main reactor facilities, for example water recycling piping.
We had noticed that we want to see those, to TEPCO in advance.
Unit 1, 5 and 6 was not on work in the time of the earthquake, so inside of these reactors must have no problem,
so we demanded they show us these.
But sub-chief of Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Electric there, at first, almost rejected our offer saying "it took a long time, because you must change clothes before entering there, controlled area," etc..
We answered, "no problem". Then he said "anyway, Today you cannnot enter there. We reject your entering.", showing any reasons.
We asked whether someone entered after the earthquake. He answered "TEPCO, (power plant) manufacturer , NISA (nuclear and industrial safety agency) entered".
We asked about errors. He said there are no problem by look.
"Such big earthquake happened. So people who enter plants must take photos. Show us."
"No-one took photo. Because no abnormality. Taking photography is not necessary"
"Then we want to get the operational data of the reactor which is stopped urgently. This is something
of the level which the electric power company has published directly even in the other (light) nuclear accident”
said the lawer accompanying us, Yuichi Kaido.
In fact, this was one of our request we demanded TEPCO by paper in advance, one day before.
"Give us time", he said. 3 hours after the inspection, he started the unbelievable explanation.
"Because, the operational data of the reactor which is stopped urgently still it being in the roll paper,
is something which does not exchange this roll paper after the earthquake, so now we can't show it. It took time a little", he said.

If it is not his fake, TEPCO hasn't check the data of reactors which were stopped urgently, for 1 week.
It is impossible that they cannot read any digital data instantly.
Today, we have NISA and TEPCO come to ask them about it more.

Why doesn't Abe administration order the scene retention?
In spite of TEPCO admits reserved construction stopping after the earthquake, why also today construction is continuing ?
Why they don't reply to our request that they give us the list of continuing construction ?

While the Election Term, we continued the investigation of the Kashiwazaki Kariwa nuclear plant.
Today again, we have NISA come and requested 3 reports.
1.the operational data of the reactor which was stopped urgently
2.the list of construction contents till now after the earthquake
3.processing circumstance of the water which overflowed from the pool which is connected the 6 Unit reactor
,at the Members' Office Building.
We have also demanded TEPCO to come, but they answered no reply.
We requested the explanation about "6800cpm"; data in early dawn July 26th on the TEPCO environmental radiation telemeter system, to TEPCO through NISA.
"we think it is influence of the rain."
